#240 Rich Flex 100% Acrylic Elastomeric Masonry Waterproof Coating 
High build, acrylic emulsion coating that provides a waterproof finish on cementitious surfaces. Its unique formulation is designed to provide maximum protection from wind driven rains up to 100 miles an hour, while its permeable film build bridges hairline cracking and allows moisture vapors from within the structure to evaporate, or escape out through its membrane. This above grade coating provides outstanding durability, flexibility, and weatherability to most cementitious substrates. It has excellent color retention, resists sagging, is chemical resistant, mildew resistant and non-toxic. Formulated to meet Federal Specification TT-C-555B for resistance to wind driven rains. Available in White, Tint Base and Deep Base. FOR EXTERIOR USE ONLY!

#245 Rich Flex High Build Masonry Coating 
Richard's Rich Flex 100% Acrylic High Build Wall Coating is a self priming high quality high build, 100% acrylic emulsion coating, specially formulated to provide a waterproof finish on cementitious substrates. This product can be applied to all “new” cementitious substrates, such as Masonry, Stucco, and Cinder Block, with a pH of 6 to 13 without priming. Its distinct formulation provides maximum protection from wind driven rains up to 100 miles per hour. For use on vertical and horizontal surfaces. bridges hairline cracking, and its permeable membrane allows moisture vapors from within the building to evaporate, or pass through it. This above grade coating provides outstanding durability, flexibility, and weatherability. It has excellent color retention, resists sagging, and is mildew resistant and non-toxic. Meets Federal Specification TT-C-555B pertaining to resistance to wind driven rains. Available in White & Deep Base. FOR EXTERIOR USE ONLY!

#280 Roof Mastic Elastomeric Coating 
A high-build, 100% acrylic emulsion, mastic waterproof roof coating designed for application primarily to asphalt and urethane foam roofs. It provides superior protection from the suns ultra violet rays by reflectingapproximately 90% of those rays and its superior elasticity provides unequaled protection and durability. It resists water penetration and is mildew, algae and fungus resistant, and bridges existing hairline cracks on the substrate during application, as well as those that form after application. Its mastic properties and characteristics allow for use as a patching material for repairs of some cracks and seams on the substrate, and its product versatility allows for application to sloped, flat and ponding water roofs.
